摘 要:妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)是孕产妇和围生儿病死率升高的主要原因,目前对其发病机制的研究已经进入到基因、分子水平。离子通道的改变与HDCP发生、发展之间的关系备受关注。该文总结国内外文献,深入分析HDCP与钾通道及水通道关系的相关研究,并探讨了HDCP与氯离子通道和瞬时受体电位通道之间的相关性,旨在为HDCP的进一步研究提供理论依据及新思路。Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP) does seriously harm the health of expectant mother and fetus, and it is a major cause of maternal and perinatal mortality increases. At present the research of its pathogenesis has entered the genetic and molecular level. In recent years, much attention has been paid to the close relationship between the change of ion channel with the pathogenesis of HDCP. Here reviews the domestic and foreign literatures, to explore the research progress of the relationship between this disease with potassium channels and aquaporin, and discusse the correlation between chloride channels and transient receptor potential channel with I-IDCP, so as to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for the further study.
