摘 要:早期,人们认为甲状腺激素仅通过核受体改变靶器官基因的转录活性发挥生物学效应,此途径为经典通路的作用机制。近年来发现独立于经典通路与其他信号传递相关的非经典通路,非经典途径的机制及其相关性被广泛的研究,越来越多的实验证实甲状腺激素非经典途径在促血管生成、抗细胞调亡、促进细胞增殖及促进缺氧诱导因子1α表达方面发挥了重要的作用。Originally, it's thought that thyroid hormone plays its biological effect only through changing the gene transcription activity by nuclear receptor of the target organs, which is the classic pathway mecha- nism. In recent years, other effects independent from this classic pathway and related to other signaling path- ways have been discovered, and this mechanism and its relevance have been intensively described, more and more experiments demonstrate that thyroid hormones of non-classical pathway plays important roles in promo- ting angiogenesis, antipoptosis, promoting cell proliferation and promoting hypoxia-inducible factor let expres- sion.
