摘　　要：多种皮肤疾病的发生、演变及预后除与环境、精神心理因素相关外,还与遗传因素密不可分。基因多态性在个体对疾病的易患性、临床表现的多样性及对药物治疗反应的差异性中发挥重要作用,但同一种疾病的基因多态性在不同种族及地域的人群中并不完全一致。该文就中国人群中基因多态性在斑秃、痤疮、染发皮炎、特应性皮炎等疾病中的研究进展进行综述。The occurrence, development and prognosis of various skin diseases axe closely related to genetic factors besides environmental factors and psychological factors. Gene polymorphism is viewed as an important contributor to the susceptibilities to some diseases, the varieties of clinical manifestations, and the differences of treatment reactions. Considering the racial and regional differences, the gene polymorphism is not exactly the same between Chinese population and foreign population. Here is to review the main findings of gene polymorphism in alopecia areata, acne, dermatitis in Chinese population.
