鞋垫腰窝高度对足底压力舒适性的影响

摘　　要：为了改善07式作训鞋在负重越野训练中的舒适度,在获取到标准脚型的基础上,改变人体姿势(站立状态-全负重、静坐状态-半负重、平躺状态-无负重),获得3种足弓高度,由此制成3种腰窝高度的鞋垫,对比10名大学生在负重20kg背包下,穿用不同鞋垫后的足底压力、峰值压强、接触面积、压强时间积分和平均压强的变化,得到最佳客观数据,并结合受试者的主观评价,最终得到最适合军人负重越野训练时所穿用鞋垫的腰窝高度为人体平躺时的足弓高度。In order to improve the 07 type shoes comfort in the weight - bearing cross - country training, insoles with three arch - heights were made on the basis of standard feet type. By changing the body position （ standing - full weight - bearing, meditation state - half load, lie low state - no load）, three arch heights were obtained. The changes of plantar pressure, peak pressure, contact area, the pressure time integral and mean pressure of ten college students carrying 20kg on the back wearing the insoles were determined and compared with and the optimal objective data were obtained. Combining with the subjective evalua- tions of the 10 students, the conclusion was obtained that arch - heights of insoles is the most suitable when the human body is ly- ing for military weight cross - country training.
