摘 要:分析了国内外三维足型扫描系统的研究现状,指出由于非接触性的三维足型扫描技术具有精确、高效及可以获取完整全面的数据的特点,正逐渐取代手工脚型测量的方式。重点介绍了三维足型扫描系统在区域人群足型特征研究、量脚定制鞋产品的大众化、对接脚转楦系统等涉及鞋类产品舒适性改进方面的应用,并针对当前三维足型扫描系统存在仪器成本高、扫描数据处理不够方便,以及鞋楦特征模板与脚部特征模型之间对应关系还未很好建立等问题,提出具体优化建议。The present situation of 3D foot scan technology both at home and abroad was introduced. Because the 3D foot scanning technology has characteristics of accurate and efficient, manual measurement was gradually replaced with the 3D foot scanning technology. The 3 D foot scanning system applications in footwear comfort improvement were reviewed, including researc- hing regional population characteristics of foot type, popularity of custom - made shoes, docking turning foot to shoe last system etc. The problems existing in the application of scanning system were also put forward, such as high cost of the instrument, the in- convenience of scanning data processing, the last feature template and foot feature model of correspondence is not well established. The optimization suggestions based on the current research were proposed.
