摘 要:从儿童足部生物力学数据库中筛选出了6~8岁年龄段的18位女童,对她们的足部生物力学特点进行分析,针对此阶段儿童足部发育特点设计了3款机能鞋垫,并经过主观舒适度评价进行验证。结果显示,3D成型的机能鞋垫得分远远高出鞋自带的软而平的鞋垫。由此可知:儿童鞋垫应该尽量符合其足部的发育特点。有一定硬度的儿童鞋垫比软质鞋垫更能保护儿童的足部,稍高的跟杯设计是提高稳定性的重要途径。is girls aging 6~ 8 were selected from the database of children's foot biomechanics, and their foot biomechanics characteristics were analyzed. Based on the foot development characteristics of above study, 3 kinds of functional insoles were de- signed. The subjective comfort of the insoles were evaluated. The results show that the function of the 3D molding insoles scores much higher than the soft and flat insole. The result indicates the insole designing should try to meet the development of the children's foot, and insoles with some hardness have a certain protection function than soft insoles for children's foot. And slightly higher heel cups design is an important approach to improve the stability of the foot.
