摘 要:研究了钛盐无铬鞣剂对于污水及固体废弃物的影响。将采用不同鞣剂鞣制后的皮革废弃物与食品垃圾一起在实验室堆肥。结果表明:钛盐鞣制后的皮革废弃物符合降解质量标准。此外,与铬鞣剂相比,钛盐鞣制后皮革废弃物中的有机物和盐含量较低。通过堆肥降解研究,发现钛盐鞣制后皮革中碳含量降低了约10%,且C/N比降低,堆肥降解45d皮革面积可降解41%。噁唑烷鞣制后的皮革,堆肥后仅部分降解,而铬鞣革和植鞣革均未发生降解。A study about the effect of a chrome - free tanning process using titanium salts instead, on the wastewater and on the solid wastes were performed. In this way, a study of biodegradation of leather waste samples tanned with different tanned a- gents by composting together with food wastes was carried out in a laboratory composter. Results indicate that leather tanned with titanium salts meets the required quality standards. Besides, the concentration of organic matter and salts in the tannery process wastewater is lower comparing with the chromium tanning agent. In the biodegradation study by composting, leather samples tanned with titanium were degraded, reducing around 10% the carbon content with the subsequent diminution of the C/N ratio. In addition, the size is reduced 41% in 45 days. However, leather sample tanned with oxazolidine is partially degraded in the corn- poster; meanwhile chrome and vegetable tanned leather keeps inalterable.
