现代农业示范区引领下县域城乡融合发展及规划策略研究——以陕西大荔为例

摘　　要：现代农业示范区是农业现代化发展的重要支撑,其未来发展趋势是以国家现代农业示范区为主导的整"县制"改革推动传统农业升级改造,以农业功能的多样性、多元性、多组合性,不断与县域经济社会融合发展,形成以农业为基础的现代产业体系,同时以产业结构优化、空间功能耦合重组县域城乡空间,实现以大农业为概念的发展内涵,进一步推动我国新型城镇化与新型工业化。该文以陕西大荔为实证研究,分析了其现代农业示范区的发展现状及存在问题,并提出了相应的规划策略。Modern agricultural demonstration area is the important support of the development of agricultural modernization, the trends in the future is that, predominant national modern agricultural demonstration area＇s ＂the whole county advance＂pramote traditional agriculture to upgrade and facilitate the course of new-type urbanization and new industrialization. In the process, under the guide of agricultural diversity, modern agricultural demonstration area and the economic society develops, and forms the modern industrial system based on agriculture. Also, it reforms the urban and rural space by optimizing industry structure and coupling spatial functions, so as to realize developmental connotation of generalized agriculture. Finally, taking Dali county in Shannxi province as a case study, we analyze development status and the problem of modern agricultural demonstration area and put forward corresponding planning strategy.
