摘　　要：随着新型城镇化的推进,乡村地区是推进新型城镇化发展,实现城乡统筹发展的关键所在,因此有效促进乡村发展的乡村规划至关重要。该文从基于新型城镇化的视角出发,通过分析新型城镇化和乡村规划的概念及关系和构建乡村规划评估体系的充要性,以得出乡村规划评估体系的构建前提。进而筛选评估因子,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的综合评价法,尝试构建完整的乡村规划评估体系。Along with the development of new-type urbanization, rural area is the key to promote the new urbanization development and balance urban and rural development, thus rural village planning is important which effectively promotes the development of rural areas. From the perspective of new-type urbanization, via analyzing the concept and relationship of new-type urbanization and rural planning, we reach the answer why we need to construct rural planning evaluation system, then screen evaluation factors, try to build complete rural planning evaluation system.
