摘 要:为了研究生物燃料的成分对燃料排放特性的影响,配置了5种不同掺混体积比的油酸甲酯-柴油混合燃料(0%,20%,40%,60%和80%).在不改变柴油机供油系统的前提下,用四缸四冲程柴油机机对油酸甲酯-柴油混合燃料进行排放特性研究,包括NOx、颗粒物、CO、非甲烷碳氢(NMHC)、甲醛以及芳香烃排放.研究表明:掺混油酸甲酯后,排放物随负荷、转速的变化规律与纯柴油相似;NOx随负荷的增加而增长,混合燃料的NOx排放略高于纯柴油;颗粒物随负荷的增加而增加,但随掺混比的增加而下降;CO随着负荷、转速和掺混比的增加而下降,在高转速下随负荷增加的降幅普遍大于低转速的降幅;NMHC排放随负荷增加或者掺混比的提高呈对数型下降趋势;甲醛排放随着负荷的增加先减后增,在中负荷时达到最小值;在掺混油酸甲酯后,NMHC和甲醛排放大幅降低;芳香烃排放随负荷的增加而下降,随转速的上升而增加.Methyl ester and petroleum diesel fuel was mixed at volume fractions of 0%,20%,40%,60%and 80%in order to investigate regulated and unregulated exhaust emissions with petroleum diesel fuel and methyl ester which is the main component of Soybean bio-diesel.Without changing the ignition and injection system of the diesel engine,four regulated emissions and two typical unregulated emissions were examined:NOx,Soot,CO,nonmethane hydro carbon(NMHC),formaldehyde and AHC(arometic HC).Emissions characteristics of blended fuels were similar to that of disel.The NOxemissions of the five fuels continuously increased as load increased.The NOxemissions of blended flues were a little higher.Growth of both load and blend ratio speeded up the drop in soot emissions.The CO emissions decreased with the increase in load and blend ratio.Both the growth of load and blend ratio contributed to the drop in NMHC emissions.Formaldehyde emissions first increased then decrease as loads increased,achieving the minimum at medium load.Methyl ester contributed to a sharp fall in NMHC and formaldehyde emissions.AHC emissions decreased with the increase in load,while increased as the speed increases.
