专利分娩护皮膜的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨分娩专用护皮膜在分娩中的应用价值。方法 2012年12月—2013年12月在我院分娩的产妇1 000例,按分娩时间及实际情况分为研究组和对照组,每组500例。研究组使用专利分娩护皮膜分娩,对照组使用传统方法分娩。观察比较两组研究对象产后2h出血量、会阴切口的愈合情况、职业暴露等指标。结果两组研究对象的年龄、孕前体质量指数、孕周、产程、新生儿出生体质量等方面比较差异均无显著意义（P〉0.05）。研究组产后2h计算法出血量为（400±230）mL,对照组目测法出血量为（250±150）mL,差异有显著性（t=12.21,P〈0.001）;研究组切口愈合不良、职业暴露率及污染率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（χ2=6.49~25.47,P〈0.05）。结论使用分娩护皮膜可以降低产妇切口愈合不良率、职业暴露率及污染率,能准确估计产后出血量,具有良好的应用价值。Objective To assess the application value of childbirth-special protective film in delivery. Methods Clinical data of 1 000lying-in women who delivered in our hospital-between December 2012 and December 2013-were reviewed retrospectively.According to delivery time and actual situation,they were divided into study group and control group,with 500 in each group.The women in the study group used protective film at delivery,and those in the control group used traditional method.Results The objects of the study between the two groups were not significantly different in regard to the following items：age,progestation body mass index（BMI）,gestational weeks,birth process,and neonatal birth weight（P 〉0.05）.The amount of bleeding in the study group was（400±230）mL—according to 2-hour-after-birth calculation,and that in the control group was（250±150）mL—based on visual inspection,the difference between the two groups was significant（t=12.21,P〈0.001）.The rates of poor wound healing,occupational exposure and pollution in the study group were lower than the control（χ2=6.49-25.47,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using delivery special protective film can decrease the rates of poor wound healing,occupational exposure and pollution in lying-in women,can accurately estimate the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.This protective film is of satisfactory value of application.
