经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声检查对宫外孕的诊断价值。方法对70例疑似宫外孕病人经阴道超声检查,并与手术病理结果进行比较,评估经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的临床价值。结果经阴道超声诊断为宫外孕的70例病人中,67例与手术病理检查结果相符,超声检查诊断准确率为95.71%。结论经阴道超声检查对早期宫外孕诊断准确率较高,可为临床早期选择治疗方案提供可靠依据。Objective To assess diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonography for ectopic pregnancy. Methods Seventy patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy underwent transvaginal sonography,the findings were compared with the reports of pathology,and the value of transvaginal sonography for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy was evaluated. Results In 70 patients who were diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy by sonography,67 were consistent with the pathological findings,the accuracy of diagnosis made by sonography being 95.71%. Conclusion Transvaginal sonography is of higher accuracy for the diagnosis of early-stage ectopic pregnancy,which provides a reliable basis for selecting treatment protocol.
