鼻内镜鼻窦术后病人规范化延续护理的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化延续护理对鼻内镜鼻窦术后病人的护理效果。方法随机选取行鼻内镜鼻窦术后出院病人478例,随机分为规范化延续护理组（实验组）与常规护理组（对照组）各239例,对比分析出院后病人的护理疗效与遵医行为。结果出院半年后,实验组病人在坚持鼻窦冲洗、服用糖皮质激素药物以及定期复查与清除鼻腔囊泡等行为上较对照组均有显著提升（χ2=21.102~25.235,P〈0.001）;实验组总有效率明显高于对照组（χ2=22.944,P〈0.001）。结论规范化延续护理能够提高鼻内镜鼻窦术后病人的护理效果及遵医行为,值得推广应用。Objective To assess the effect of standardized continuation nursing（SCN）on patients after endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS）. Methods This study consisted of 478 discharged patients after ESS,who were randomized to SCN group and usual care group（control group）.The efficacy of nursing and compliance behavior was compared between the two groups. Results Six months after discharge from hospital,the compliance of patients in SCN group was much better than those in the control group in terms of persistent irrigation of sinuses,taking steroids,regular review and removing nasal vesicles（χ2=21.102-25.235,P〈0.001）,and the total effective rate was higher in SCN versus the control（χ2=22.944,P〈0.001）. Conclusion SCN can improve nursing efficacy and increase medical compliance in patients ESS,which is worthy of popularization and application.
