传染性软疣61例患者皮损的皮肤镜下特征分析

摘　　要：目的总结传染性软疣的皮肤镜下特点。方法回顾性分析2014年7月-2015年4月本科确诊的61例传染性软疣患者计207个皮损的皮肤镜下图像及临床资料。结果传染性软疣典型皮肤镜下表现:软疣小体边缘见黄白色高亮结构及周边有血管结构,黄白色结构按出现频率由高到低分别为圆形、多叶型、四叶草型和非定形型;部分皮损为单一血管结构,按出现频率由高到低分别为冠状血管、放射状血管和点状血管;部分皮损表现为混合血管,按出现频率由高到低分别为冠状血管+放射状血管、冠状血管+点状血管和放射状血管+点状血管。结论传染性软疣皮损在皮肤镜下具有特征性结构,这可作为本病有效地无创性诊断方法。Objective To summarize the characteristics of Molluscum Contagiosum （MC） at dermoscopy. Methods It was a retrospective study. We analyzed the dermoscopie images and clinical data for a total of 207 lesions which were found in 61 patients with MC from July 2014 to April 2015 in our department. Results The typical dermoscopie characteristics of MC lesions were yellowish-white highlighted structures around the molluseum bodies and vessels at the periphery. In decreasing order of frequency, the yellowish-white structures were roundish, polylobular, four-leaved clover-like and nonspecific. Some lesions showed single vascular patterns. The vascular patterns by frequency, from high to low, were crown, radial and punctiform. Part lesions had mixed vascular patterns. The vascular patterns were crown＆radial, crown＆punctiform and radial＆punctiform in decreasing order of frequency. Conclusion There are characteristic features for MC at dermoscopy. Dermoscopy is an effective noninvasive diagnostic method to MC.
