辽宁省50岁以上人群艾滋病疫情特点及流行因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析辽宁省≥50岁人群艾滋病疫情及流行特征，为针对性地开展该人群的艾滋病防控工作提供科学依据。方法收集辽宁省1993—2014年≥50岁人群艾滋病疫情报告资料，对病例分布特点、传播途径构成及样本来源等进行分析。结果1993—2014年辽宁省共报告≥50岁HIV／AIDS1502例，占全省总报告病例16．44％。沈阳、大连、鞍山报告数最多。以男性为主，男女性别比6．02：1；年龄以50～64岁为主，占76．76％；婚姻状况以离异或丧偶为主，占49．13％；初中以下文化程度占64．18％；样本主要来源于医疗机构检测，占70．11％；91．74％的病例纽性传播感染。结论辽宁省≥50岁人群艾滋病疫情发展迅速，应针对中老年人心理及生理特点，采取有针对性地防控措施，降低中老年人群艾滋病感染风险。Objective To analyze the epidemic situation and epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS in people aged ≥50 in Liaoning province, and to provide a scientific basis for the targeted prevention and control of HIV/AIDS. Methods The incidence data of reported HIV/AIDS cases in age group of ≥50 years in Liaoning from 1996 to 2014 was collected to conduct analysis on the distributions, transmission route and detection way of the cases. Results A total of 1502 HIV/AIDS cases in this age group were reported in Liaoning province from 1993 to 2014 ,accounted for 16.44% of the total in the province. The most cases reported from Shenyang, Dalian and Anshan. The cases were mainly males, and the male to female ratio of the cases was 6. 02 ： 1. The age was mainly from 50 to 64 years old accounting for 76. 76% of the total. The divorced or wid- owed people accounted for 49. 13% . Junior middle school and following cultural degree accounted for 64. 18%. The cases from medical institutions accounted for 70. 11%. 91.74% of the cases were infected through sex. Conclusion Based on the rapid spread of HIV/AIDS in people aged ≥ 50 in Liaoning province, the targeted prevention and control should be adopted to reduce the risk of AIDS infection in middle aged or old people according to the psychological and physiological characteristics of this population..
