玉屏风胶囊联合左西替利嗪治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析老年性皮肤瘙痒症采取玉屏风胶囊联合左西替利嗪片共同治疗的临床应用价值。方法选取2011年1月-2014年9月在本院诊治的老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者80例,随机分为治疗组、对照组。对照组患者采取单一盐酸左西替利嗪片口服治疗,治疗组采取玉屏风胶囊联合左西替利嗪治疗。两组疗程均为1个月。观察临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组有效率为80.00%,明显高于对照组的55.00%(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的22.50%(P<0.05)。结论老年性皮肤瘙痒症采取玉屏风胶囊联合左西替利嗪治疗,可使瘙痒症状得到明显改善、临床疗效提高、不良反应较轻,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of treating 40 cases of senile skin pruritus with Yupingfeng capsule combined with levocetirizine. Methods Selected 80 patients with pruritus seniles in our hospital from January 2011 to September 2014, and they were divided into study group and the control group randomly. The control group received single levocetirizine, while the study group received Yupingfeng capsule combining with levocetirizine. The course of the treatment of these two groups was one month. Compared and analyzed clinical effect and adverse effects of two groups. Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than control group obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The adverse effects rate of stduy group was lower than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Treating senile skin pruritus with Yupingfeng capsule combining with Levocetirizine can improve the symptom and curative effect, and patients have less adverse effects to extend in clinic.
