摘　　要：从外部资金与内部资金两方面分析了国际林业资金主要来源及进展情况。外部资金方面,总结分析了官方发展援助(ODA)资金的来源及总量波动情况;内部资金方面,对美国、欧洲主要国家以及中国的林业资金总量、占比和使用流向等情况进行了比较分析。This paper reviewed the main sources and development trend of international forestry financing from the external and internal perspectives. In terms of the external financing, the sources and fluctuations of Official Development Assistance is analyzed; From the internal financing perspective, a comparative analysis is conducted on the total amount, scale and flows of the forestry financing in America, Europe and China.
