职工家庭林地经营的特征及影响因素——基于东北、内蒙古国有林区357个样本的分析

摘　　要：利用2013年重点国有林区民生调查库中357个样本数据,运用描述性统计分析方法分析得出职工家庭林地经营的特征;运用logistic回归模型分析职工家庭从事林地经营行为的影响因素。结论如下:东北、内蒙古国有林区职工家庭的林地经营以发展林下经济为主,不同森工林区的职工家庭从事林地经营的主要项目并不相同,从事林地经营的职工家庭人均收入比不从事林地经营的职工家庭高15.6%,林地经营缺少生产性固定资产的支持,处于较为粗放的阶段。在家庭规模小、家庭有贷款或债务、家庭收入渠道多,家庭拥有林地、所占地区的社会化服务体系健全的情况下,职工家庭从事林地经营的发生率高;并且林地经营更有可能发生在不太富裕的家庭和地区。With the empirical analysis about 357 samples from the database of national forest areas＇ livelihood in2013, the descriptive statistical analysis was used to find the characteristic of worker households who manage forestland, the logistic regression model was used to analyze the determinants of managing forestland of worker households. We find that the worker households in Northeast and Inner Mongolia National Forest areas who manage forestland mainly develop under-forest economics. Worker households in different National Forest areas manage different kinds of items on the forestland. The per capita incomes of worker households who manage forestland are15.6% higher than those who don＇t. Without sufficient productive fixed assets support, the management of forestland is at its extensive stage. Those worker households who have smaller size, debt to pay back, more incomes channels, forestland and are under a complete social service system are more likely to manage forestland. And the management of forestland is more likely to happen in less affluent households and regions.
