摘 要:对粘土砖破碎之后的再生粗骨料进行级配调整,测定级配调整前后骨料的物理性质.结果表明如果粘土砖再生粗骨料的级配不良,人工进行级配调整可优化其级配,提高再生骨料的堆积密度并降低压碎指标.进而对级配调整后的碎砖再生骨料进行水泥浆液浸泡、搅拌处理.物理性质测试结果表明,处理后的再生粗骨料吸水率降低,表观密度增大,强度得到明显改善.Gradation of recycled coarse aggregate after breaking of clay brick are adjusted, and the physical properties of ag- gregate before and after adjustment of gradation are determined. Results showed that the gradation curve of clay brick recy- cled coarse aggregate was not fine enough, the gradation modification was a way to optimize the gradation curve of clay brick recycled coarse aggregate, and the respective bulk density was increased and the crushing index was reduced. And then, the recycled aggregate was soaked by the cement slurry and stirred. The determination of physical properties showed that the water absorption rate of recycled coarse aggregate is decreased, apparent density increases, and the intensity is improved obviously.
