摘　　要：对气相光气化法生产异氰酸酯的工艺和难点进行了描述,尤其对气相法生产异氰酸酯工艺的胺快速气化、延长反应器运转时间和快速冷却这3项关键技术所涉及的设备、工艺的研究和进展进行了详细总结,并对发展趋势进行展望。The technologyies and difficulties of gas phase phosgenation for producing isocyanates are described. Especially the developments of equipments and processes for three key technologies of producing isocyanates in gas phase are summarized in detail. The three key technologies are amine rapid gasification, extension of the reactor operation life and rapid cooling technique. The development trends are also forecasted.
