摘　　要：电子政务系统需求越来越明显,然而相应的开发技术的选择也要满足当今的企业级应用需求。在此讨论了当今电子政务的发展现状,介绍系统开发的关键技术J2EE和相应开发模式MVC和框架B/S,描述了J2EE的三层体系结构模型和相应技术模块。With the obvious requirement of e-government system, the choice of corresponding development technology should meet the enterprise-level application requirement. This paper discussed the development status of modem e-govern- ment, and introduced the key technology of J2EE and the corresponding MVC framework and B/S development model, and then described the three- layer structure model of J2EE and corresponding technology module.
