摘　　要：农村城镇化、农村工业化和农业现代化同步发展离不开农村集体建设用地的流转,农村土地流转必然影响农民就业。如何推动农村集体建设用地流转与农民就业转型协同发展,将是破解中国新农村发展难题的关键所在。文章分析了中国土地要素流转市场建立滞后对于农村劳动力人力资本积累的贡献的影响,全面、客观地评价了《农村集体建设用地流转与农民就业转型研究》一书的研究内容、研究价值、创新之处。The synchronous development among rural urbanization,rural industrialization and agricultural modemization can＇ t do without rural collective construction land circulation,which has inevitable influence on the peasants＇ employ- ment transformation.It is important for the new rural development to make rural collective construction land circula- tion and the peasants＇ employment transformation develop cooperatively.The essay analyzed the influence of the establishment of China＇s land transfer market on the contribution to the human capital accumulation.Furthermore, the essay also evaluates comprehensively and objectively the research content ,value and innovation of the book named ＂Research on Rural Collective Construction Land Circulation and Employment Transformation＂ .
