摘 要:根据浅埋深薄基岩煤层赋存特点,采用Flac3D数值模拟方法进行正交试验,系统分析了松散层厚度、基岩厚度、采高和推进速度对浅埋深薄基岩厚松散层岩层活动的影响,确定了各因素对岩层活动影响的重要性。结果表明:各因素对岩层活动影响的重要性从岩层活动的不同指标来看是不一样的。针对初次来压,基岩厚度为主要影响因素;对于周期来压,松散层厚度为主要影响因素;采高为地表位移的主要影响因素;综合来看,对于浅埋深薄基岩厚松散层采场岩层活动影响的因素由主到次依次为基岩厚度→松散层厚度→采高→推进速度。Based on special occurrence characteristic of shallow depth of burial and thin bedrock coal seam,through the orthogonal test designed by the FLAC3 D numerical simulations systematically analyzes the influence of multi-factor( bedrock thickness, loose bed thickness, mining height and advancing speed) synergism on the movement behavior of overlying strata in shallow depth of burial and thin bedrock; The primary and secondary factors are obtained, which influences shallow thin bedrock face roof strata moving. Results show that from the different index of strata movement, the importance of the factors that affect strata movement is not the same. From the perspective of initial pressure, bedrock thickness is the main factors affecting; From the respect of periodic weighting, loose bed thickness is the main factors affecting; while from the aspect of the surface displacement, mining height is the main factors affecting; Taken together, the influence factors from main to secondary are bedrock thickness, loose bed thickness, mining height and advancing speed.
