摘 要:采用真空高频磁悬浮炉制备了Gd3Al2-xGax(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)4种样品。把样品分2份:1份不进行热处理,1份置于真空烧结炉中进行退火处理。首先用磁热效应直接测量仪测量热处理前后样品在1.5T磁场下的绝热温变;然后利用XRD测量样品的结构;最后选取典型样品采用SEM观察其组织形貌。结果表明,热处理前后Gd3Al2-xGax合金的结构相同;最大居里温度下降2K;主相增加,杂相减少;绝热温变提高。Four samples of Gd3Al2-xGax(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)were prepared in a high-frequency floating furnace.The samples were divided into two parts:one part without heat treatment,the other for annealing treatment put in vacuum sintering furnace.Firstly,the adiabatic temperature of samples before and after heat treatment was measured by direct measurement of magnetocaloric effect instrument under magnetic field change of 1.5T.Then,the Structure was measured by XRD.Finally,the microstructure and morphology of typical sample was observed by SEM.The results showed that the structure of Gd3Al2-xGaxalloys is the same before and after heat treatment;the biggest Curie temperature declines 2 K;the main phase increases,the mixed phase decreases;the diabatic temperature change is improved.
