摘　　要：新钢1550酸轧机组在生产无取向硅钢时,经常发生轧烂的现象,中高牌号的硅钢甚至会出现高速断带,造成轧辊粘钢、爆辊,机组作业率下降,事故部位带钢成为废品。通过对原料、设备、工艺和操作等方面进行研究和优化,找到了解决硅钢轧烂断带的措施,有效地降低了轧烂断带的发生率。The accident of strip-broken often happen when rolling non-oriented silicon steel. It causes the decreasing of operation rate,steel pick-up on the rollers and rolls bursting. The accident strip became waste. The measures to solve the strip-broken are found finally through the research and optimization of the raw materials,equipment,process and operation.
