摘 要:采用化学聚合和电化学聚合相结合的方法制备聚吡咯铝电解电容器,通过SEM表征、电性能测试和可靠性实验,研究了在电化学聚合溶液中添加弱有机酸对聚吡咯铝电解电容器性能的影响。结果表明,弱有机酸能够使聚合溶液的pH值稳定在2,改善聚吡咯层的均匀性与致密度,增大其在氧化铝表面的覆盖度,使得聚吡咯铝电解电容器的容量增大,ESR降低,并且高温下可靠性能改善。PPy aluminum electrolytic capacitors were prepared using chemical and electrochemical polymerization. The effects of adding weak organic acids in electrochemical polymerization solutions on the properties of PPy aluminum electrolytic capacitors were investigated by the SEM characterization, electrical performance test and reliability test. The results show that weak organic acids can stabilize the pH value of the polymerization solutions at 2, improve the uniformity and density of the PPy layer and increase the coverage of PPy on the surface of alumina, which can make the capacity of PPy aluminum electrolytic capacitors increased, ESR decreased, and the high temperature reliability improved.
