摘　　要：小城镇体育改革与发展是加强新型城镇化建设、实现全面建设小康社会目标的重要组成部分,对促使城乡体育在不断融合中走向均衡发展和一体化发展道路具有重要的战略意义。本文应用社会学、管理学与体育学的理论与方法,从农村新型社区建设及新型城镇化发展的视角,研究农村新型社区化进程中的小城镇公共体育服务评价问题。Sports reform and development in small towns is an important part to strengthen the construction of new type urbanization and achieve the goal of building a well - off society in an all - round way. It has important strategic significance in promoting balanced development and integrated development road in continuing integration of urban and rural sports. Adopting theories and methods of sociology, management science and sports science and from the perspective of rural new community construction and the development of new type urbanization, the paper studies the issue of evaluation of public sports service in small towns in the process of rural new type community.
