摘　　要：运用录像法、文献法、三段技术评估法等研究方法,对2014年乒乓球男子世界杯决赛技战术进行分析,用数据和比赛过程得出结论:推动乒乓球运动发展的决定因素是运动员的技术和综合实力;国际乒联有关器材和规则的改革思路并没有起到拉近中外乒乓球选手实力差距、增强比赛观赏性的目的。With methods of video, literature and three -segment technology assessment, the paper conducts analysis on techniques and tactics of Men＇ s Table Tennis World Cup Final in 2014. According to data and competing process, the paper concludes that the decisive factor of promoting development of table tennis is the techniques and comprehensive strength of players; reform thought about equipment and rules by ITFF failed to achieve the goal of narrowing the gap between Chinese and foreign table tennis players and increasing the appreciation of competitions.
