摔跤运动员后备人才培养路径探析

摘　　要：目前,我国摔跤运动员的后备人才严重不足,严重制约了我国摔跤运动事业的发展和进步。因此,为了促进我国摔跤竞技体育运动事业的健康发展,我们要树立摔跤运动人才培养的可持续发展的理念,要结合摔跤运动事业的现状,引进国外先进的培养体制,理论与实践相结合创造出属于我们自己的摔跤运动员后备人才培养体制,进而可以促进我国体育事业的发展,提高我国在国际舞台中的地位。At present, the serious shortage of reserve talents of Chinese wrestling athletes has severely restricted the development and progress of wrestling undertaking in China. Therefore, in order to promote healthy development of the competitive wrestling sport undertaking i~ China, we must set up the sustainable development concept of cultivating wrestling sports talents, introduce foreign advanced cultivation system by taking into account the current situation of wrestling sport undertaking and create our own cultivation system of reserve talents of wrestlers by combining theory and practice. All these can help further develop Chinese sports undertaking and improve China＇ s status on international stage.
