摘　　要：随着4G牌照发放,4G高速下载能力使得实现基于移动互联网的视讯业务成为可能。通过对传统视讯会议业务存在的问题进行分析,从多个角度找出问题关键点,并结合这些关键点,对视讯会议业务基于移动互联网的实现提出了解决思路。With the issuance of 4G license, the high-speed download capacity makes video services based on mobile Internet possible. Problems in traditional video conference services were analyzed, the key pointes were addressed from multiple aspects. Combined with key points, the solution to the implementation of video conference based on mobile Internet was presented.
