摘　　要：良好的编辑形象主要通过博学明辨,学术至上;敏锐创新,责无旁贷;爱刊如子,热情不减;谦和儒雅,恳切健谈等方面体现出来。良好的编辑形象能给编辑个体带来自豪感和主观幸福感,是提升刊物形象价值的有力保障。而且良好的编辑形象有助于给编辑和刊物带来巨大的凝聚力,有助于提升编辑和刊物的扩张力,对编辑个人和学术期刊的发展意义重大。The image made by editors is reflected in broad knowledge, innovation, responsibility,devotion to profession, love of the journal, enthusiasm, modesty, etc. It is a guarantee for the quality of a journal and the happiness and pride for individual editor. It also contributes to the integrity of editor and the journal, and the influence of the journal. In addition, it is of great importance for the development of editors and the journal.
