摘　　要：随着绘有镰刀斧头和金边红星的苏联国旗黯然落下，苏联这个昔日的超级大国解体了，它作为20世纪最重大的国际政治事件，着实发人深思。文章认为丧失民心是苏联解体的根本原因，首先分析了苏联不恰当的经济发展战略是民心丧失的基础，接着论述了官僚特权阶层的出现是民心丧失的关键，最后探究了苏联解体给我们的启示，以通过自己对苏联解体的理解，分析原因，总结启示，为中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦尽微薄之力。Alongside the gloomy fall of the Soviet Union national flag, the former super-power country collapsed. As the most remarkable international political event of the 20th Century, this is absolutely thought-provoking. This article argues that the loss of public support is the root cause of the Soviet Union collapse. It begins with analysis of the Soviet Union＇ s inappropriate strategy of economic development, the fundamental causal factor to the loss of public support. Then it discusses the appearance of the class with bureaucratic privile, the key causal factor. Finally, through her own comprehension the author intends to explore any enlightenment from the Soviet Union collapse, ana- lyze the causes, draw up the conclusion, and contribute to the great understanding of China Dream for revival of of he Chinese nation.
