针刺不同单穴对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经止痛效应的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察针刺单穴十七椎、三阴交、地机对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经止痛作用的临床疗效,为针刺治疗原发性痛经的穴位选择提供参考。方法:将符合纳入标准的90例患者,随机分为3组,参照COX痛经症状量表进行痛经症状临床评分,分别记录治疗前和治疗后的痛经症状总频率(持续总时间)和痛经症状严重程度总分,然后进行统计分析。结果:针刺3个单穴对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经均有较好的镇痛效应,3组治疗后痛经症状总频率(持续总时间)和痛经症状严重程度总分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有显著性(P!0.01),但3组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:十七椎穴、三阴交穴、地机穴均是治疗原发性痛经的有效穴位。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on primary dysmenorrhea of congealing cold with blood stasis type treated with acupuncture of Shiqizhui（ Ex- B13）,Sanyinjiao（ SP6） and Diji（ SP8） so as to provide the reference for the acupoint selection in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods： 90 cases which met the inclusion criteria of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into acupuncture of single Shiqizhui（ Ex- B13）,single Sanyinjiao（ SP6）,single Diji（ SP8）. In reference to the COX Menstrual Symptom Scale,the clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea were evaluated. The total scores of the total frequency of dysmenorrhea symptoms（ total persistent time） and the severity of dysmenorrhea symptoms were recorded before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group separately. Results： Three different groups all had good analgesic effect on primary dysmenorrhea of congealing cold with blood stasis type. After testing three groups dysmenorrhea,the total frequency of dysmenorrhea symptoms（ total persistent time） and the severity of dysmenorrhea symptoms significantly were lower than that before treatment and the difference was significant（ P 〈0. 01）. But the three groups showed no significant difference（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion：Shiqizhui（ Ex- B13）,Sanyinjiao（ SP6） and Diji（ SP8） are all effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
