金匮肾气丸治疗2型糖尿病疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:运用循证医学的方法,对金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病的疗效进行评价。方法:通过检索相关文献,对符合标准的试验进行质量评价和Meta分析。结果:选取的8个试验符合标准,纳入人数共计450例。Meta分析结果提示,4个评价指标除空腹血糖外,临床疗效上肾气丸中药复方组均优于对照组。结论:纳入的8个研究存在同质性(chi2=2.02,P=0.96),故使用固定效应模型,Z=5.64(P<0.100 001),OR值=4.175,95%CI为(3.100,7.151)。结果表明,金匮肾气丸组与纯西医组在临床疗效上存在显著性差异,所以金匮肾气丸治疗糖尿病可能比单纯西药治疗效果好,提示金匮肾气丸中药复方在改善糖尿病方面可能存在一定的优势,但尚需更多高质量的研究以使证据强度更高。Objective： By using the method of evidence- based medicine to evaluate the curative effect of Shenqi Wan on diabetes. Methods： Through the literature retrieval,the researches which conformed to the standard test were made the quality evaluation and Meta- analysis. Results： After selecting eight test standards,450 cases were enrolled. Meta- analysis results suggested four evaluation indexes in addition to the fasting glucose,clinical curative effect of Shenqi Wan was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： The ight studies exist homogeneity（ chi^2= 2. 02,P = 2. 02）,so fixed effects model was used,Z = 5. 64（ P〈 0. 100 001）,OR = 4. 175,95% CI（ 3. 100,7. 151）. Shenqi Wan and pure western medicine group had significant differences on the improvement of the clinical symptoms and the former may be better,indicating Shenqi Wan may have certain advantages. But it still needs more high quality research evidence to make a higher intensity.
