金莲花总黄酮和总酚酸的抗炎活性研究

摘　　要：金莲花为清热解毒中药,具明显的抗炎活性,主治上呼吸道感染、扁桃体炎、咽炎等症。其化学成分主要含黄酮类、酚酸类和生物碱类,但有效成分不确定。采用RAW264.7细胞构建的体外炎症模型研究了金莲花总提取物、总黄酮和总酚酸的抗炎活性。结果表明,金莲花的总黄酮和总酚酸都有明显的抗炎活性,总黄酮略优于总酚酸,但二者的活性都优于总提取物。The flowers of Trollius chinensis are a kind of detoxificant Chinese traditional medicine with significant anti- inflammatory activity and indicated for respiratory tract infections,tonsillitis,and pharyngitis. It has been demonstrated to mainly contain flavonoids,phenolic acids and alkaloids,but its effective components are still unclear. The anti- inflammatory activity of the crude extract,flavonoids and phenolic acids was investigated in this article using an in vitro inflammation model of RAW264. 7 cells. The results showed that both flavonoids and phenolic acids from the flowers of T.chinensis have a significant anti- inflammatory activity and the flavonoids are superior to the phenolic acids.
