摘 要:目的:探讨喜炎平注射液辅助治疗支气管哮喘及对患者血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法:180例支气管哮喘患儿,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗。观察组在对照组常规治疗方式的基础上,给予喜炎平注射液。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率91.11%优于对照组75.56%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候评分(7.5±2.1)分、哮喘控制测试评分(18.5±4.2)分低于对照组中医证候评分(10.7±2.8)分)、哮喘控制测试评分(16.7±4.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组吸入支气管扩张剂次数(2.4±1.1)次低于对照组吸入支气管扩张剂次数(3.1±0.8)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者PEF50指标高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血浆ET-1和NO均低于治疗前,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗1月后,观察组支气管哮喘患儿血浆ET-1和NO水平(109.5±33.1)pg/m L、(99.5±31.2)μmol/L低于对照组支气管哮喘患儿血浆ET-1和NO水平(135.7±41.8)pg/m L、(119.7±32.5)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平注射液辅助治疗支气管哮喘患儿疗效显著,可明显改善患者的血浆ET-1、NO水平。Objective: To study the effects of Xiyanping Injection intervention on plasma endothelin- 1( ET- 1),nitric oxide( NO) levels in children with bronchial asthma. Method: 180 cases of bronchial asthma in children were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group: routine treatment. The observation group: based on the routine treatment of the control group,Xiyanping Injection. Results: After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group 91. 11% was better than 75. 56% in the control group and the difference was significant( P 〈0. 05). After treatment,TCM syndrome score( 7. 5 ± 2. 1),asthma control test score( 18. 5 ± 4. 2) of the observation group were higher than the control group's TCM syndrome score( 10. 7 ± 2. 8),asthma control test score( 16. 7 ± 4. 5). The differences were statistically significant( P 〈0. 01). After treatment,the number of inhalation of the observation group( 2. 4 ± 1. 1) was lower than the control group's( 3. 1 ± 0. 8) and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 01). After treatment,the PEF50 index of patients of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). After treatment,plasma ET- 1 and NO of two groups were lower than those before treatment and the difference was significant( P〈 0. 05). After treatment,plasma of asthmatic children ET- 1 and NO levels in the observation group( 109. 5 ± 33. 1) pg / m L and( 99. 5 ± 31. 2) μmol / L lower than the control group's( 135. 7 ±41. 8) pg / m L,( 119. 7 ± 32. 5) μmol / L and the differences were statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Xiyanping Injection in adjuvant treatment of bronchial asthma in children has good curative effect and can significantly improve the levels of plasma ET- 1 and NO.
