针灸联合头痛宁对原发性头痛临床症状及治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合头痛宁对原发性头痛患者临床症状及治疗效果的影响。方法:选择86例原发性头痛患者为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组各43例,两组患者均给予头痛宁胶囊口服,观察组在此基础上联合针灸治疗,两组疗程均为4周,比较治疗效果、临床症状、负面情绪。结果:观察组有效率(93.02%)明显高于对照组(76.74%)(P<0.05);疼痛程度、疼痛发作频率、疼痛持续时间均明显低于对照组(3.08±0.87 vs 5.18±1.05,2.26±0.57 vs 4.97±0.56,2.54±1.23 vs 7.41±2.52)(P<0.05、0.01);HAMA、SAS、HAMD、SDS评分均明显低于组(17.55±1.32 vs 26.54±3.32,49.25±5.26 vs 58.13±6.35,18.34±2.12vs 27.06±3.14,45.38±5.25 vs 57.84±6.56)(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:针灸联合头痛宁有助于改善临床症状,缓解负面情绪,提高临床疗效。Objective： To study the effect of acupuncture combined Headache Capsule on clinical symptoms and treatment effect in patients with primary headache. Methods： 86 patients with primary headache were divided into observation group and control group. All patients were given Headache Capsule and the observation group combined acupuncture therapy. The therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms and negative emotions were compared between two groups. Result： Observation group＇s efficient（ 93. 02%） was significantly higher than that of control group（ 76. 74%）（ P 〈0. 05）. The pain degree,pain onset frequency and pain duration were significantly lower than the control group ＇s（ 3. 08 ± 0. 87 vs 5. 18 ±1. 05,2. 26 ± 0. 57 vs 4. 97 ± 0. 56,2. 54 ± 1. 23 vs 7. 41 ± 2. 52）（ P 〈0. 05,P 〈0. 01）. THAMA,SAS and HAMD,SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group＇s（ 17. 55 ± 1. 32 vs 26. 54 ± 3. 32,49. 25 ± 5. 26 vs 58. 13 ± 6. 35,18. 34 ± 2. 12 vs 27. 06 ± 3. 14,45. 38 ± 5. 25 vs 57. 84 ± 6. 56）（ P 〈0. 05,P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined Headache Capsule can help to improve the clinical symptoms,alleviate the negative emotions and improve the clinical curative effect.
