摘　　要：学生宿舍是高校育人环境的重要组成部分,也是高校进行学生思想政治教育和学生管理的重要阵地。良好的宿舍文化对于新生适应期教育意义重大,在帮助学生形成优良学风、提高生活适应能力、建立良好人际关系、提升心理健康水平、培养良好道德品质等方面起着潜移默化的作用。高校要通过创建优美有序的宿舍物质环境、文明和谐的宿舍生活环境、积极进取的宿舍精神环境来建设和谐宿舍文化,增强新生适应期教育的实效性。As an important part of education environment in colleges, student dormitory is also an important position for college students＇ ideological and political education and management. Good dormitory culture is of great significance for freshman adaptation education, which plays a subtle role in promoting good learning atmosphere, improving life adaptability, establishing a good interpersonal relationship, enhancing mental health and cultivating good moral character. Colleges and universities need to create beautiful and orderly dormitory material environment, civilized and harmonious dormitory life environment and positive and enterprising spirit of dormitory environment to build a harmonious dormitory culture, strengthen the freshman adaptation education effectiveness.
