摘 要:层布式混杂纤维混凝土(LHFRC)作为新型复合材料受到越来越多的重视。将钢纤维分两层均匀撒布于试件距上下表面大约20 mm的层面内,而聚丙烯纤维掺杂在整个混凝土中。据此通过试验来对比层布式钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土、素混凝土(C)、层布式钢纤维混凝土(LSFRC)及聚丙烯纤维混凝土(PFRC)的立方体抗压、劈裂抗拉性能,研究聚丙烯纤维与层布式钢纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响。通过对比四种材料的抗压和抗拉性能,可为层布式混杂纤维的增强机理研究提供基础。As a new composite material ,layered hybrid fiber reinforced concrete (LHFRC ) is attracting more and more attention .LHFRC specimens are made by casting steel fibers evenly on the surface of both layers which are approximately 20 cm away from the surface and bottom of the specimen ,with the incorporation of polypropylene fibers in the entire specimen .In the laboratory tests ,cubic compressive strength and splitting tensile performance of LHFRC ,plain concrete (C) ,layered steel fiber reinforced concrete(LSFRC) and polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete(PFRC) were investigat-ed and compared ,through which the influence of the polypropylene fibers and layered steel fibers on the mechanical prop-erties of the concrete was studied .The study of concrete mechanical properties on these 4 materials will provide some ba-sis for the further study on the enhancement of layered hybrid fibers in LHFRC .
