摘　　要：大学生党员培养在制度建设上存在培养制度不尽完善,继续教育的考核评估机制不健全,党务工作者对制度的执行不严等问题。应从对党员培养制度进行即时性补充,健全党员继续培养的考核评估机制,对制度的执行进行严格的监管等方面入手,强化学生党员培养的制度建设,为提高大学生党员培养质量提供制度方面的保障和依据。Currently, there lacks a sound system for the training of college student Party members and a sound assessment mechanism for their further training and the Party affairs workers are less than strict in implementing the training system. To strengthen the institutional construction for the training of student Party members and provide institutional guarantee and basis for the improvement of the training quality, colleges and universities must seek ways to improve the training system and the assessment mechanism and achieve more stringent supervision of the implementation of the training system.
