乌梅丸熏洗联合肛周皮下游离术对肛门瘙痒症患者PAR-2靶点的研究

摘　　要：目的通过研究治疗组(乌梅丸熏洗联合肛周皮下游离术)针对肛门瘙痒症皮损PAR-2(蛋白酶活化受体-2)的表达量,从而客观评价本方案的治疗效果。方法选择2013年1月至2014年10月肛门瘙痒症术后患者,随机分为治疗组20例、对照组20例、空白组10例。取术后三组第1、3、7 d的肛周皮损皮肤,采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测PAR-2编码基因的表达量,并进行统计分析。结果治疗组术后第1、3、7 d较对照组及空白组的表达量明显下降,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论乌梅丸联合肛周皮下游离术对肛门瘙痒症有良好的治疗效果。Objective：To investigate intervention effect of fumigation and washing with Wumei pill combined with free perianal subcutaneous operation on the expression of protease-activated receptor-2（PAR-2）. And the efficacy of this treatment was evaluated objectively. Methods：50 postoperative patients with perianal pruritus were selected from January 2013 to October 2014 and divided randomly into 3 groups as the experimental group（n = 20）,the control group（n = 20） and the blank group（n = 10）. The expression of PAR-2 was detected with RT-PCR in all patients＇ lesion skin collected on day 1,3 and 7 after operation. All acquired data were analyzed by statistical software. Results：The expression of PAR-2 in experimental group was much lower than that in the control group and the blank group on day 1,3 and 7 after operation with significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion：Wumei pill combined with free perianal subcutaneous operation had a good efficacy in treating perianal pruritus.
