肾衰泻浊汤联合凯时治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的研究肾衰泻浊汤联合凯时治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 2014年3月—2015年3月,该院中西医结合科收治的糖尿病肾病患者80例,随机分为对照组40例,观察组40例。对照组采用凯时,观察组采用肾衰泻浊汤联合凯时治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组痊愈率以及总有效率均明显高于对照组,且经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);余观察指标间无明显差别。观察组治疗后的BUN、Scr、尿蛋白均低于治疗前且经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的BUN、Scr、尿蛋白均明显低于对照组治疗后且经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。余指标间无明显差异。结论肾衰泻浊汤联合凯时治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,有效促进患者肾功能恢复,无不良反应。Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with the combination of the kidney and kidney with renal failure. Methods March 2014 to March 2015 from Integrated TCM Western Medicine Dept of the diabetic nephropathy patients 80 cases were divided into two groups, 40 cases in the control group, 40 cases in the observation group.Shenshuai Xiezhuo decoction combined alprostadil in the observation group, the control group was treated with alprostadil, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no obvious difference between the rest of the observation index. The BUN, Scr and urinary protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The BUN, Scr and urine protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two indexes. Conclusion Combined with the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with renal failure and renal failure, it is effective to promote the recovery of renal function, no observed adverse effect.
