中医辨证治疗糖尿病胃肠病变的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析中医辨证治疗糖尿病胃肠病变的临床效果。方法研究对象取2014年4月—2015年4月该院糖尿病胃肠病变50例,依照治疗方式差异进行分组。对照组为常规治疗,共25例。余25例接受中医辨证治疗,入组研究组。观察评定疗效,组间比较。结果研究组血糖指标改善显著(P<0.05),症状积分降低幅度大(P<0.05),治疗有效率高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论中医辨证治疗糖尿病胃肠病变效果佳,有效率高,可推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in treating diabetic gastrointestinal diseases. Methods 50 cases of diabetic gastrointestinal lesions in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2014 were studied. The patients were divided into groups according to the treatment method. The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the control group was 25 cases. More than 25 cases of Chinese medicine treatment, the research group. Observation and evaluation of efficacy, the comparison between groups. Results The improvement of blood glucose level in the study group was significantly（P〈0.05）, the symptom score decreased significantly（P〈0.05）, and the treatment efficiency was high（P〈0.05）, there was significant difference. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic gastrointestinal disease effect is good, effective rate is high, can promote.
