摘　　要：阐释了创新文化建设意义及作用,分析了新建研究所的特征,构建了新建所创新文化建设的理论路径,基于中科院若干新建所的创新文化实践,总结了新建所创新文化建设的经验和难点,提出了创新文化建设的动态反馈评价机制和可持续发展的政策建议。This paper analyzes the characteristics of new research institute, interprets the meaning and function of constructioninnovation culture in new research institute, meantime puts on the theoretical paths of innovation culture. Then based on severalpractice in construction innovation cultural in new research Institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences, summarizes the experiencesand difficulties on construction innovation culture, lastly, proposes a dynamic feedback and evaluation mechanism for theconstruction innovation culture and gives some development recommendations.
