摘 要:以朝鲜白头翁的叶片、叶柄和诱导的分生结节为材料,进行组织解剖结构研究。结果显示,朝鲜白头翁木质部细胞呈"V"字型排列,维管束呈三角形排列,外包有维管束鞘。分生结节的结构表明,初期的分生结节细胞排列较紧密,没有明显的内部结构;进一步培养,内部分化形成多个维管组织中心,染色较深的中心由垂周分裂的小细胞组成,周围分布着大小不等的导管细胞或管胞成分;维管束进一步分化发生器官分化,分生结节脱分化形成胚性愈伤组织并形成体细胞胚。Anatomic differences of leaf,petiole and meristematic nodules of Pulsatilla Koreana Nakai were observed.Histological examination results showed that leaf structure of P. koreana possessed typical characters of bifacial leaves:epidermis cells have thick cuticle and are arranged in a tense way. On the petiole cross section,the vascular bundles of the petiole are arranged in triangle and have bundle sheath outside. The xylem cells are of V-shape. Shoot organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis through meristematic nodules underwent three steps of developmental events.( 1) Globular structure with in tightly arranged small and deeply stained cells,which had no obvious inner structures.( 2) meristematic nodules with multi nodule center and tracheids elements.( 3) Finally,shoot organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis were developed from meristematic nodules.
