摘 要:目的:探讨QuEChERS-液相色谱法检测动物源性食品中氟喹诺酮类药残留测量不确定度的评估方法。方法:通过分析测量过程,确定并简化不确定度来源;采用不确定度的评估方法,结合氟喹诺酮类药残留QuEChERS-液相色谱法的方法验证数据,量化不确定度分量;计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果:QuEChERS-液相色谱法检测动物源性食品中氟喹诺酮类药(诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、单诺沙星、恩诺沙星、沙拉沙星、双氟沙星)残留的测量扩展不确定度分别为:1.36、0.52、0.066、1.14、1.58、0.28μg·kg-1。结论:采用本方法评估测量不确定度,方法较为合理。Objective:To set out the procedure for estimation of measurement uncertainty for the determi-nation of the fluorofluoroquinolones residual in animal derived food by QuEChERS by high performance Liq-uid chromatography.Methods:The facilitated method of evaluation was achieved by analysis of the uncer-tainty sources arising from the procedure of analysis and by calculation of standard uncertainty according to the equations of statistics and by using the validation data of assay.Each uncertainty component was evalua-ted with respect to the significance of its contribution to the overall measurement uncertainty.All the stand-ard uncertainties were then combined according to the appropriate rules to give a combined standard uncer-tainty and an expanded standard uncertainty.Results:The expanded standard uncertainty for the determina-tion of six kinds(Norfloxacin,Ciprofloxacin,Danofloxacin,Enrofloxacin,Sarafioxacin,Difloxacin)of flu-orofluoroquinolones residual in animal derived food by QuEChERS by high performance Liquid chromatogra-phy respectively are 1.36,0.52,0.066,1.14,1.58,0.28μg·kg -1 .Conclusion:The evaluation method of uncer-tainty is reliable and reasonable.
