柴胡益肝汤治疗肝郁血热型慢性肝病的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:旨在观察柴胡益肝汤治疗肝郁血热型慢性肝病的临床疗效。方法:将200例受试对象分为试验组100例,给予柴胡益肝汤,水煎至400ml,早晚各温服200ml,日1剂;对照组100例,给予护肝片口服,每次4片,1日3次。将患者的症状、肝功做治疗前后和组间疗效观察。结果:试验组的总有效率达85%,而对照组的总有效率为62%。结论:本研究针对于这一证型做了临床研究,总结出柴胡益肝汤的组方,以疏肝理气,清热活血为治疗原则。Objective:This paper was to observe the clinical effect of Radix Bupleuri liver-nourishing de-coction on chronic liver diseases with hepatic depression and blood heat.Methods:200 examinees were equal-ly divided into experiment group and control group,the experiment group were treated with Radix Bupleuri liver-nourishing decoction,decoct with water for 400 ml ,take 200 ml of warm decoction in the morning and at night ,one dose a day;in control group ,the 100 patients orally administrated liver-protecting tablets ,4 ones each time,3 times a day.Observe the symptoms,liver function of the patients in both group before and after treatment.Results:The overall effective rate of experiment group was 85%,and the overall effective rate of the control group was 62%.Conclusion:According to the clinical research on this diseases in this pa-per,the component of radix bupleuri liver nourishing decoction was worked out to disperse stagnated liver-qi ,clear heat and and promote blood circulation.
