摘　　要：知识窗是在编写《两岸科技常用词典》时使用的一种新的释义补充形式。其所含内容丰富,涉及知识领域较多,不仅弥补了科技词典中术语常规释义单一性的缺点,还增强了科技术语的知识性与实用性,使词典更好地发挥出工具书的作用。The Knowledge Window is a new kind of supplement form of explanations in the process of compiling The Cross-straits Common Dictionary on Science & Technology. Knowledge Window includes a lot of different knowledge fields,which not only replenishes the forms to define technical terms,but also enhances the practicability of using terms,and makes the dictionary play much better role as reference books.
