摘  要:研究引汛末淮河水入蓄城西湖蓄洪区,抬高城西湖蓄洪区蓄水位,对缓解淮河中游地区的干旱缺水问题具有重要意义。利用淮河润河集水文站多年的流量、水位资料和城西湖区天然来水流量资料,分析蓄水的可行性,并在拟建进水闸条件下,根据现状需水和预测需水,采用时历列表法进行径流调节计算,得到历年蓄水位和引淮水量,采用适线法计算出水位经验频率,在蓄水位为20.5 m时供水保证率可达到98.7%。对不同引水方案进行计算,推荐闸底板高程为19.0 m和过闸流量为100 m3/s的方案,最后利用Arc GIS进行蓄水模拟淹没影响,表明水位抬高至20.5 m的淹没区域变化小,蓄水方案可行。In order to change the condition of water shortage problem in the area near Huaihe River of Anhui Province, the local government planned to divert the Huaihe River flood resources into flood storage area and raise the lake water level, which can add more water for supply obviously. The data of historical water levels and discharge of Runheji Hydrological Station of Huaihe River were used to analyze the feasibility of storing water, and then under the conditions of proposed sluice, present and future water requirements, computing runoff regulation by time series method to ensure the project about the water storage level and water volume diverting from Huaihe River. By using ArcGIS to simulate the inundated area, the results show that the water supply guarantee rate reaches 98. 7% when the level reaches 20. 5 m;the sluice is built with the sluice bottom elevation of 19. 0 m and the discharge of 100 m3/s, which is better than other sizes;there is a little inundate loss when raising the level, which indicates the plan of water detention is feasible.
