北京市岩溶地下水资源利用与保护的战略思考

摘　　要：在分析北京市岩溶地下水资源特点、开发利用及其存在问题的基础上,合理界定岩溶水开发的战略地位。依据北京市岩溶水勘察评价最新成果,对岩溶水超采状况进行评价,以应急供水、储备保护为原则,提出岩溶地下水资源合理开发利用的方案、保护对策与建议。研究表明,岩溶水是北京市的战略水源,2011年开采量3.54亿m3,超采0.89亿m3,规划2020年压减2011年开采量的42.1%,另外建设3处战略储备水源地,提高城市水资源储备水平,保障首都供水安全。This paper set reasonable strategic position of karst water extraction on the basis of analysis and study on karst water characteristics, utilization and existing problems. Furthermore, it gave evaluation on over-exploitation of karst water according to the latest achievements of investigation and put forward karst water's reasonable exploitation scheme, protection suggestion under the principle of timely supplying and abundant reservation. The study proves that karst water is strategic water sources reserve in Beijing. In 2011, karst water of 354 million m3 was extracted with 89 million m3 over extraction. Until 2020, its extraction has been expected to reduce by 42. 1% and three strategic water sources reserve will be constructed. Through the above several ways, it can enhance Beijing's water resources reservation level and ensure the safety water supply of the metropolitan.
